A truly Elegant Apartment. Your apartment is located at - Porto New Cairo. The upscale gated community has a mall within that includes wide varieties of cafes, shops & restaurants. The Compound is also connected to Americana Plaza which houses Costa Coffee, TGI Fridays and Fish Market. The Hotel Apartment is also walking distance to everything from Starbucks, Paul, Cinemas to fancy restaurants & cafes. The gated community is super safe & quiet thanks to 24/7 security personnel on site.
There is ACs in rooms, 2x heaters, an iron and ironing board, clean towels and bedding, fast WIFI, a clothes rack to dry clothes. The apartment has a washing machine, dishwasher with cleaning tablets, heaters & air conditioning, 3 giant TV's (one in each bedroom and one in the living room), a large clean fridge and 5 hob cooker, and bathrooms with both handheld and overhead showers over baths amongst many other amenities. The apartment is on the 5th floor and on the lower ground floor is a mall with a huge supermarket - you just take the elevator down and you're in the mall. So handy to do your shopping, plus there is a pharmacy on site and loads of places to eat in the immediate area. Security guards are present at the entrance and exit to the compound at all times and they are friendly and kind. There is also a car underground garage for a daily small fee.

There is a gym in the building that's operated by a 3rd party on a pay per visit basis for you to enjoy. Live Satellite/cable TV is currently not available, however all internet backed up apps work perfectly on the TV like Netflix and YouTube

Amazing flat. Highly recommended
a beautifully maintained flat that was exceptionally clean and tidy. It featured 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a spacious sitting room. Fully equipped kitchen. Excellent WiFi coverage. Access to a complex swimming pool is also included. The location in the 5th Settlement was excellent, with direct access to a shopping mall, making it very convenient. Highly recommended!
